A version of the popular PopCap game, Bejeweled, Diamond Mine is a simple puzzle game where you have 2 minutes to create as many matches and rack up as many points as you can.
Diamond Mine is the most popular game in the TGWTG Arcade. The high score was held by Mike Michaud for several months until recently usurped.
How to Play
The game and timer start the second the game loads.
Line up three or more gems to create a match. Matches can be made either horizontally or vertically. When you run out of matches, the board reshuffles, and you can continue on. When the timer runs out, your score is submitted.
Click on a gem to select it, and click an adjacent gem to switch places and create matches. If the gems selected do not make a match, they will not switch places.
If you're savvy, you can see where gems will fall and try to set up chain matches accordingly. Chain combos are worth major points, but most high chain combos will be the result of pure luck.
Work fast. The timer is constantly counting down, so you don't want to spend too much time looking for matches.
The game will tell you if you've run out of matches, so if you're staring at the board and no warning pops up, there's at least one match to be made. Struggle long enough, and the game will highlight a potential match.
