The Watcher is one of Phelous' characters. He resembles Phelous in appearance, except he is all dressed in black. He has been known to watch outside of windows and phase inside of buildings. At the end of the review for House of the Dead, Phelous' bloodied body becomes a new vessel for the Watcher to inhabit.
